- Disha Chaudhry wrote about the judgement in the Oxford Human Rights Hub.

Supreme Court Observer:
Arguments in the Special Status for Delhi [GNCT vs UOI] continued this week:
- On Day 5 Indira Jaising argued two concurrent authorities trying to implement law would lead to inefficient implementation.
- Rajeev Dhavan argued on Day 6 that it was imperative to examine the principle of Cooperative Federalism.
- On Day 7 Rajeev Dhavan delved into interpreting several provisions of the GNCTD Act, 1991 and the Transaction of Business of the GNCTD Rules, 1993.
