The Supreme Court has appointed CLPR’s Senior Research Associate Nithya Rajshekher to the Special Committee on Transgender Rights, and Jayna Kothari, Senior Advocate, as Amicus Curiae to advise the Court on employment rights and inclusion for transgender persons.
