Antara Bordoloi
Antara Bordoloi has a BA LLB (Hons.) from National Law University and Judicial Academy Assam, with specialisation in Public International Law and Environmental Law. She also completed her LLM from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, with specialisation in International and Comparative Laws.
Antara has previously worked with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), India, processing refugee and asylum claims across all RSD stages including conducting interviews and drafting detailed legal assessments, researched humanitarian situations and contributed to the development of a Country of Origin Information (COI) database for operational use.
With a background in Human Rights, International Law and Refugee Law, as well as Gender and Sexuality, she has a particular interest in intersectional analysis of how existing legal frameworks impact and serve minorities and vulnerable communities.
