Anjana Rajsri Anand was a Research Associate at CLPR where she focused on issues at the intersection of caste, gender and disability.

She graduated with a BA., LL.B. from O.P. Jindal Global University in 2024. She aspires to contribute to research, litigation and advocacy interventions that foreground rights of marginalized communities in the Indian justice system.

A rights awareness session was conducted in Tumkur by CLPR in collaboration with Thamate, featuring three expert speakers who discussed legal frameworks protecting against caste-based discrimination and manual scavenging, reaching participants from across the district.
