CLPR is hosting a roundtable discussion on the challenges faced by women lawyers in reaching positions of leadership and being appointed to the higher judiciary. 

In continuation of our work on women and girls, we are working on a project titled ‘Women’s Equality in the Legal Profession: Addressing the Gender Gap in the Higher Judiciary in India’ which seeks to address the issue of systemic and structural gender discrimination in the higher judiciary.
