CLPR organised a national consultation on the draft resource book on judgements on the rights of women and girls. Through this consultation, we brought together important voices from the women’s movement including activists, lawyers and researchers who have been advocating for the rights of women and girls in India.

This is an ambitious project to bring together a case book which has all the important decisions of the Supreme Court and High courts on gender equality to serve as a resource for those working on gender equality, including activists, civil society groups, lawyers, judges, students and government authorities.
