The lack of jurisprudence on rights of intersex persons has been a key concern in the discourse on gender and sexuality laws and the legal framework governing sexual minorities in India. The Solidarity Foundation in collaboration with National institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) had organised a 1-day seminar on  the Rights of Intersex Persons.
