Mr. Mackay Gordon is the acting Secretary General of Liberal Internationaland former Member of South African Parliament (2014 – 2018), where he served as a senior member of the Shadow Cabinet as Shadow Energy Minister. He is visiting us at CLPR for an informal talk on the state of human rights and civil liberties.
