CLPR, as part of the Constitution Defenders Project, organised a Know Your Rights and Entitlements (KYRE) Session on the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019, and the Rules, in collaboration with Swatantra, K.V.S, and Payana.

The event comprehensively covered the legal protections provided under the Transgender Persons Act, 2019, the application process for a TG Certificate, and the various schemes and welfare benefits available for transgender individuals.
