CLPR is proud to support India’s first edition of the Humane Society’s International Animal Protection PIL Competition, organised by NLSIU which takes place from the 20th-22nd January, 2017.
“The NLSIU Animal Rights PIL Competition is to provide students all over India an opportunity to develop knowledge in the field of Animal Welfare Law and Constitutional law while honing their written and oral advocacy skills.”
Jayna Kothari, the Executive Director of CLPR will be a judge for the finals round. CLPR will also assist the winning team to file a PIL in the Supreme/High Court.
