Sithara Sarangan

Sithara Sarangan holds a BA LLB (Hons.) from the School of Excellence in Law, Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, and an LLM from University College London.

Sithara has formerly worked with the Former Advocate General of Tamil Nadu. She also serves as standing counsel for state and central government departments.

Her practice is rooted in public laws and rights based advocacy. She is also a constitutional researcher and has contributed to various print and independent journalism platforms. Her areas of interest are Comparative Constitutionalism, judicial review, Access to justice and strategic impact litigation.
