On Republic day, the Centre for Law and Policy Research (CLPR) in association with the NCS chapter at NALSAR will host a workshop on SCObserver at NALSAR. The Workshop will focus on a critical reading of 2018 Supreme Court case of Navtej Johar v UOI trough a worksheet solving exercise. It will entail discussing and analyzing the Case  by looking at submissions, oral arguments and judgment  – materials found on SCObserver, an open access database of contemporary Supreme Court Cases.
