Sudhir Krishnaswamy and Jayna Kothari are participating in a Seminar on Constitutional Protection of Social Rights: Comparative Perspectives organised by the CHR Michelsen Institute on 8 May. Sudhir will talk about the relationship between Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles of State Policy in India. Jayna Kothari will discuss Social Rights and the Indian Supreme Court in the context of right to education. The Seminar looks promising with other participants sharing perspectives on social rights in Norway, Germany and Nepal.
