The Centre for Law and Policy Research, Bangalore (CLPR) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to making the Constitution work for everyone through law and policy research, social and governance interventions, and strategic impact litigation. We are looking to hire a Projects Administrator who will plan and execute administrative functions for CLPR projects.
Scope of Work
- Manage, coordinate and provide administrative support to all CLPR projects.
- Ensure that all project-related administrative and financial reporting deadlines are met.
- Anchor budgeting and financial reporting for all CLPR projects.
- Prepare project reports and related documentation.
- Ensure CLPR’s various projects are compliant with statutory regulations and grantor’s guidelines.
- Organise and provide administrative assistance for CLPR Trust Board meetings.
- Liaise and organise meetings with Grantors and other external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for organising conferences, research seminars, consultations, and other outreach programs.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for project-related activities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Exceptional ability to plan and coordinate tasks involving multiple stakeholders including research associates, finance officers, administrative assistants, grantor officials and vendors.
- 2 to 5 years of work experience in project administration or related roles.
- A Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
