ConQuest 2016: India’s First Quiz on the Indian Constitution, History and Politics

The Centre for Law and Policy Research will conduct India’s First National Level Quiz on the Indian Constitution, History and Politics in 2016, called ‘ConQuest’. The quiz is open for undergraduate and postgraduate University students and will explore how contemporary political, legal and governance issues are informed by India’s constitutional history. The quiz will draw on multiple disciplines including politics, history, law and international affairs.

 

The Quiz will consist of four regional rounds and one national final. Each Regional Round consists of a Prelims and a Regional Finals Round, both of which will be conducted on the same day. The Prelims round will be a written test and the top six teams emerging from this round shall go onstage to compete at the Regional Finals. The top two teams from each Regional Round shall go to the Nationals Finals to be held in Delhi.

 

ConQuest 2016 is being organised in partnership with the following regional partner institutions:

 

  • South Regional Round – School of Law, Christ University, Bangalore
  • West Regional Round – Symbiosis Law School, Pune
  • East Regional Round – School of Law , KIIT University, Bhubaneswar
  • North Regional Round and National Finals – Indian Law Institute, New Delhi
